Your rates and calendar stay in your system
pangea reads listings, rates and availability from your software. There is nothing separate to keep up to date.
Bookings land in your PMS
A pangea booking arrives in your software like any other channel booking and blocks the dates on Airbnb, Vrbo and everywhere else automatically.

We never touch your Airbnb account
pangea talks to your property-management software, never to Airbnb. Your software keeps syncing with Airbnb through its own approved connection, exactly as it does today. We never ask for your Airbnb login or your PMS password: you create an API key or switch pangea on as a channel. And we never contact guests who found your home on Airbnb.
Payouts, cancellations and guests

Questions
How do you prevent double bookings?
Your software stays the single calendar. A pangea booking is written into it, which blocks the dates on every other channel, and dates booked elsewhere come off pangea when your software reports them. If you connect with a calendar link instead, the calendar refreshes less often (from about 15 minutes to a few hours), so on that setup we confirm each booking with you by text.
Who handles damage and disputes?
pangea is the merchant of record, so it handles payment disputes and chargebacks with the guest. A damage policy for hosts is being written and will be published on this page before it applies. pangea does not provide insurance, so keep your own coverage in place.
Do I need to change anything on Airbnb?
No. Your Airbnb listings, reviews and settings stay exactly as they are.
Who are the guests?
People who book through their AI assistant, or directly on the site. Every guest is verified by phone and payment.
What do you need from me to start?
The name of your software, which homes to list, and an API key or a calendar link. Never a password.
Can I stop?
Yes. Turn pangea off in your software or text us, and we take your homes down. Bookings already made stay in place.
